Bar & Bat Mitzvah Flowers in London
A bar or bat mitzvah is usually the first big party a family throws for a child who has very definite opinions. The flowers have to please two audiences at once — and that is genuinely the interesting part of the brief.
The Pieces That Make the Room
Table centrepieces do most of the work, because they are what guests look at for four hours. We build them at two heights — tall enough to give the room structure, low enough that people can still talk across a table. Getting that balance wrong is the most common mistake at a simcha.
Around them sit the pieces that set the tone before anyone has sat down: an entrance or reception display, flowers on the bimah for the service, the top table, and often a photograph or candle-lighting table that the family wants dressed properly rather than left bare.
If there is a theme — and there is almost always a theme — we work to it honestly. A colour a thirteen-year-old has chosen can be made to look beautiful rather than merely obeyed.

A Studio in Temple Fortune
We work from Hallswelle Parade in NW11, a few minutes from Golders Green, Hendon, Finchley and Mill Hill. Most of the venues and shuls used for a simcha in this part of London are a short drive from our door, which makes same-day adjustments possible in a way they simply are not for a florist coming across town.
It also means we can be at the venue for a walk-through before you commit to anything, rather than designing from a floor plan.
