We are not a national online florist that trucks a shrink-wrapped box to your door. We are a family-run North London florist with one studio, one workshop and one team of drivers you may well recognise. Every arrangement is conditioned and tied here in NW11, then carried by hand to homes and offices across NW1, NW2, NW3, NW4, NW6, NW7, NW8, NW11, N2, N3, N6, N10, N12 and EN5. Our delivery round starts from Temple Fortune each morning. The nearest streets get the first drops, then the rest of NW11 and NW4, out to Mill Hill and Barnet through the middle of the day, over to Hampstead, Highgate and Camden in the afternoon, and back across the northern side to Muswell Hill, Finchley and East Finchley by early evening. Wherever you sit in North London we can usually reach you the same working day if we hear from you by 2pm.
The reason we do not use national couriers is simple. Cut flowers do not travel well in a van full of other parcels, and no courier will do what our drivers do as a matter of course. They will phone if the recipient is out, leave the flowers with a trusted neighbour only if asked, and photograph the arrangement on the doorstep so you can see how it landed. If a delivery has to happen before a particular hour, we build the round around it.

Which North London postcodes do you deliver to?
We deliver to NW1, NW2, NW3, NW4, NW6, NW7, NW8, NW11, N2, N3, N6, N10, N12 and EN5 as standard. If your postcode sits just outside that list, phone the studio on 020 3874 0398 and we will usually still be able to reach you.
How late can I order for same-day delivery?
Same-day cutoff is 2pm, Monday to Saturday. On a Friday, if your order is for Shabbat, please place it a little earlier so we can guarantee it lands in good time before candle lighting.
Do you use national couriers?
No. Every flower we send in North London is carried by one of our own drivers. Nothing is shrink-wrapped, boxed and shipped through a courier depot.
Can I collect from the studio instead?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout or call the studio and we will have the arrangement ready on Hallswelle Parade in Temple Fortune.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
We do not deliver on Sunday as standard. For a Sunday delivery to a hospital, care home or special occasion, phone the studio and we will do our best.
Can I set up a weekly or fortnightly delivery for my home or office?
Yes. Standing orders for homes, offices and restaurants across North London are a large part of what we do. Tell us the day, the budget and any preferences and we will build a round for you.
